Will Green

Will Green serves as the President and CEO of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI). Representing roughly 2,000 employers and 324,000 employees, LABI serves as both the state’s Chamber of Commerce and Manufacturing Association, setting the standard for advocacy as the only association that represents businesses of all sizes from a statewide, multi-industry perspective.

Under Will’s leadership, LABI champions a vibrant and sustainable business climate in Louisiana by promoting free enterprise, driving economic opportunity and improving the quality of life for all citizens. Having served in leadership roles in both government and the private sector, and on numerous boards and commissions, Will is a respected voice advancing the interests of Louisiana’s business community. He currently serves on the Insurance Market Advisory Board, the U.S. Chamber’s Committee of 100, the National Association of State Chambers, and the Conference of State Manufacturers Associations.

Before joining LABI as its leader, Will was President and CEO of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association (LADA) and previously served on LABI’s advocacy team as Policy Director for the Civil Justice Reform and Employee Relations Councils from 2014 to 2016.

A native of north Louisiana, Will earned his Juris Doctor and Civil Law Certification from Mississippi College School of Law and graduated cum laude from Northwestern State University. He maintains both his Louisiana law license and his Life, Accident and Insurance License.
